What’s a Slop Bowl you say? Some new AI abomination? Garbage Post by social media influencers? Nah.. it’s a type of fast casual dinning. Think places loke like Chipotle, Bippibop, Cava, NafNaf and the new kid on the block Honeygrow. Now I’m not saying that these are bad… I could eat Chipotle everyday and not complain. It just seems there’s always new places that instead of having food that is formed into a burger or pizza or some other recognizable shape, these places all have bowls where you move down a line picking various items to throw into your bowl starting with a protein and some high carbs then lots of veggies and accoutrement.
Anyhow there’s been a high proliferation of these places recently, and they’re not cheap. They are pretty good and the newcomer honey grow is very good.
