Okay so I don’t know who is in charge of the weather but they need to get it together IMMEDIATELY. It is March. MARCH. And it is STILL snowing outside and I am SO done with it I can’t even explain.
Like at first snow was cool. I’m not gonna lie. In December my kids were literally praying for a snow day and doing the whole pajamas-inside-out thing and putting a white crayon in the freezer and everything. And it worked!! We got like three snow days and it was the BEST. Note that my kids are 15 and 17 and still do this shit.
Now the snow is just grey and gross and there’s that crunchy ice stuff on top that doesn’t even crunch in a fun way. It crunches in a “you might fall and embarrass yourself in front of everyone” kind of way and wind up on the Tick Tock
Also my hands are SO chapped. I put on lotion and then like ten minutes later they’re chapped again. What is even the point. My coat makes me the Michelin Man which is NOT funny. I’m fat enough as it is.
I just want to ride my bike. I want to go to the park without extra layers to run my dog.
The groundhog said six more weeks of winter back in February and I want everyone to know that I think groundhogs should not be allowed to make decisions anymore. That is too much power for a member of the rodent family.
Just please. End this. We are all suffering
